IBFB organized a day-long training on PDF Print E-mail “VAT on product, procurement, service, VAT at source in Bangladesh and changes in VAT in FY 2015-16”

Lutfor Rahman, Commissioner (Customs & VAT) and IBFB Executive Director Mr. Md. Abdus Salam are seen in a photo session with the trainees participated in day-long training on “VAT on product, procurement, service, VAT at source in Bangladesh and changes in VAT in FY 2015-16” organized by IBFB on Saturday, 17 October 2015 at IBFB Conference Hall, Tejgaon, Dhaka.

As a continuation of its “Entrepreneurship Development Training” to impart knowledge and enhance skills, excellence and capacity development for ensuring smooth operation of respective businesses of the entrepreneurs in Bangladesh, IBFB organized a day-long training on “VAT on product, procurement, service, VAT at source in Bangladesh and changes in VAT in FY 2015-16”. The training was held on Saturday, 17 October 2015 at the Conference Hall of IBFB’s new office at Tejgaon, Dhaka. Mr. Md. Lutfor Rahman,Commissioner (Customs & VAT) facilitated the training as the key resource person.

Dr. Mohammad Abdul Mazid, Chairman of IBFB Finance Committee, Chairman of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) and former Chairman of NBR was present as the Chief Guest and handed over the certificates among the trainees in the certificates awarding session.

The trainees participated in the training program are senior and mid-level managers from different member companies of IBFB and other associates such as  Runner Group of Companies, Khan Bahadur Group, A.F. Hassan Ariff & Associates, Bangladesh Legal Aid & Services Trust (BLAST), Articles 19, Novo Cargo Services Ltd. and Textile International Associates Ltd.
